New Tank Construction – Multi Tank Project
Three 30,000 bbl tanks required completion in a compressed schedule. Working with operations a revolving schedule was developed to accommodate continuous construction and mitigate schedule loss with the challenging climate conditions, including severe winter conditions and freezing temperatures.
Project Highlights:
• 24” diameter, coated large internal piping assemblies.
• Great communication with client and EPC to expedite project approval processes.
• (4) months to complete the tanks including the installation of Sandborn Internal Floating Roofs.
• Challenging winter conditions.
